Alle auf einmal waren sie reif: unsere roten Weintrauben! Sie haben wundervoll geschmeckt, nur waren es einfach zu viele. Deshalb habe ich losgelegt: Rotwein, Essigauszug, Shrub, Gelee und alles, was man irgendwie aus Weintrauben machen kann, ist entstanden. Es war aber leider nicht alles tip top \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Der Rotwein reift noch vor sich hin, nachdem der Kommentar von Andreas war: den kann man nicht trinken!<\/p>\n

Aber eines schmeckt uns sehr gut: der Weintrauben Sauerhonig! Und den habe ich denkbar einfach zubereitet: meinen eigenen lebendigen Apfelessig habe ich 1:1 mit den Trauben gemischt und gemixt, da ist so ein dunkelroter Gatsch heraus gekommen. Dann kam noch eine Zimtrinde dazu. Nach einer Woche habe ich alles abgepresst und in einer Flasche gelagert. Ich vermute, dass dieser Weintrauben-Auszug ganz gut haltbar ist.<\/p>\n

In kleinen Portionen mische ich jetzt den Weintrauben-Essigauszug 1:1 mit Honig. Manchmal muss in die Mischung leicht anw\u00e4rmen (bis 30\u00b0C; siehe Foto), damit sich der Honig im Essigauszug l\u00f6st. Aber dann: mit viel Wasser verd\u00fcnnt entsteht ein wundervolles, s\u00fc\u00dfsaueres und aromatisches Getr\u00e4nk!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
