Seine Begeisterung f\u00fcr Holz als Lebensmittel hat er durch Zufall im Piemont bei einer Weinverkostung entdeckt. Mehr dazu soll er dir aber in dieser Folge selbst erz\u00e4hlen.\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Artur Cisar-Erlach experimentiert mit Holz als Lebensmittel, reist auf der ganzen Welt herum und befragt Menschen aus verschiedensten Kulturen zu diesem Thema. Dazu hat er mittlerweile zwei B\u00fccher geschrieben. Auch dar\u00fcber werden wir in der heutigen Folge sprechen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Artur&#8217;s Lieblingsholzrezept ist Kiefernnadelnpesto<\/strong><br \/>\nZutaten:<br \/>\n100 g Waln\u00fcsse<br \/>\n10 g frische Kiefernnadeln 35g Parmesan 55g Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\n75 ml Wasser<br \/>\nPrise Salz<br \/>\nZubereitung:<br \/>\nAlle Zutaten in einem Mixbeh\u00e4lter vermengen und sorgf\u00e4ltig p\u00fcrieren. Durch Zugabe von einem Schuss Wasser wird es noch cremiger.
