Sie haben die Bakterienbesiedelung von Fruchtfleisch, Schale, Kelch, Samen und St\u00e4ngel untersucht und dabei Bio\u00e4pfel mit konventionellen \u00c4pfeln verglichen.<br \/>\nDas interessante Ergebnis: die Bakterienanzahl unterscheidet sich kaum, jedoch ist die Vielfalt und die Art der Bakterien recht unterschiedlich.
